This machine allows you to splice clipped veneers using reactivated glue.
Glue is applied to veneer (packs) edges with a std spray gun or brush, allowed to dry for 30-60 minutes and fed through the VS81 for a perfect seamless splice
Capable of doing thin or thick veneers.
Machine will be replaced on 9/15/07 with a new composite chain machine as part of our constant machine upgrade.
This is a good machine for medium (or larger) shops needing at at least 25 faces a week.
